How many supervisors are there?
Are they adequate to handle all the currently employed agents? Extensive efforts have been given to provide our agents with adequate supervision. The current ratio is five agents for every supervisor.

Are your rates written in plain English?
Unlike other providers, we send out brochures only upon request. We publish our rates in clear, easy to understand language, to help potential customers make their decisions.

What organizations is the company a registered member of?
USContactPoint is a member of the Association of TeleServices International, the local Better Business Bureau care program, and an authorized phone center for our local Chamber of Commerce.

How can you guarantee that my information, and the information of my clients is protected?
One thing we value is the privacy of our clients. We do not share lists or send needless advertisements, nor do we sell information made available to us to any third party. Our agents are constantly monitored to ensure that they are not breaking any privacy regulations and maintain professionalism at all times. Our equipment is protected from outside interference and observation by the best in software and hardware protection. We also implement that eliminates pen and paper, to ensure that agents do not write down the information that your clients give them.

Do you have any sort of facility for backing up your data?
US Contact Point possesses both a back-up system located off-site, and a 24-hour technician is always available to fix the problem.

How easily can my service be set up?
As long as all pertinent documents are signed and delivered within the day, an account can be set up within 24 to 48 hours. Daily reports can be sent regarding the calls received via your account, and will include all call logs that show the time of the call, the phone number it originated from, and how long the call lasted. Recorded calls can be made available upon request.
