All the procedures utilized by USContactPoint can be made to custom-fit your individual business requirements. Our programming team can be made to design a screen layout that encompasses the right questions to be asked for any particular client account. Training procedures can also be customized to ingrain the right procedures into the agents.
Is this a long-term agreement?
No. The services we provide are available on a monthly basis, with a requirement of 30-day notice to cancel. There are no fees for early termination, and if you are not pleased with the service, you will encounter no problems in canceling it.
